downtown Sacramento area), Grace Rose (a descendant of Portuguese who settled in
Clarksburg,Yolo County), and Gregg Campbell (a professor at CSU-Sacramento who had
collaborated with Mr. D’Alessandro on a documentary film about the
Portuguese-Japanese connection in the Pocket).
